2025 HOLIDAY PAYMENT SCHEDULE
We want to remind you that there are numerous statutory holidays when banks and/or AGLC are closed, and payment processing does not occur as usual. This can result in unprocessed orders and delivery delays.
As retailers, you are responsible for paying for your orders and having them processed by the bank, so AGLC receives your payment a minimum of two full business days before your scheduled order delivery. Statutory holidays are not business days.
Please refer to the schedule below for adjusted payment deadlines for the upcoming 2025 statutory holidays.
Retailers with a Thursday delivery who want same-week delivery must pay in advance. This means you must pay for your order before the Monday allocation based on the requested amount.
• A refund will be given for any variances between the requested and allocated order values.
• AGLC cannot guarantee these orders will be cleared for same-week delivery, as our ability to process payments depends on bank processing times.
Please note:
Banks can take up to three business days to provide payment to AGLC. Therefore, please ensure you provide payment to your bank a minimum of three business days before AGLC needs the funds, which is two business days before your delivery day. Please make payments to your bank with sufficient processing time so orders are not delayed until the next delivery cycle.
Look for your “Step 3 – We’ve received your payment” email. If you do not receive this email around 2 p.m., two business days before your assigned delivery day, AGLC did not receive your payment. Your order will arrive on your assigned delivery day the following week.
