Olli Brands Inc. Product Recall

Olli Brands Inc. has recalled one lot of Multipack of 10 300mg CBG 100 THC Sour Razzy Pink Lemonade 1 x 10g Soft Chews due to labelling errors on both the outer and inner packaging. The outer packaging is missing the CBD quantity declaration (<1mg). The French translations for the net weight and discrete unit statements are also missing. In addition, the CBG declaration contains a spelling error, and the inner packaging is also missing the cannabinoid content declaration per unit. No additional lots from the SKU Number are affected.

To date, Olli Brands Inc., and Health Canada have received no complaints about the affected products being mislabeled or reports of adverse reactions. AGLC has received 13 complaints, and no adverse reaction reports for the recalled lots.

What do I do with the stock I currently have?
Retailers who have purchased the affected product should remove the recalled products from store shelves and clearly mark the products as 'Do Not Sell – Recalled Product.' Set the product aside in a safe area of your storage space. Please visit the return page for all required information before initiating a recall return, and begin the return process by logging into your Alberta Cannabis account. The Returns User Guide will have the full details on how to initiate a return. AGLC will issue a return shipping authorization or provide handling instructions.
What do I do if a customer brings in any recalled product?
Retailers must accept all recalled products regardless of the product packaging condition, and as long as some of the product remains. Retailers must provide a refund for recalled products whether the customer has a receipt or not. Retailers who have never carried this product are not required to provide refunds and may direct the customer to the location where the product was purchased. Returned product should also be set aside in a safe area of your storage space. The return will need to be initiated within 60 days in the linked Alberta Cannabis account to begin the return process. The Returns User Guide will have the full details on how to initiate a return. The wholesale price will be refunded for the recalled product in your vault. MSRP price will follow at the end of the recall for product that will be returned to the store from customers.
