Culture Kizos Inc. has recalled one lot of the Coterie Prickly Pear Liquid Diamonds 1g Prefilled Vape Cartridge due to certain units within the affected lot displaying an incorrect Total THC value, packaged on date and lot number. The affected units are labeled with the incorrect lot number L25254A and show a printed Total THC value of 402.26 mg/g, while the actual amount present in the product is 855.1 mg/g. No additional lots from this SKU are affected.

To date, Culture Kizos Inc. has received one complaint related to the identification of these labelling discrepancies. Health Canada has received no complaints related to the recalled lot. In addition, neither Health Canada, Culture Kizos Inc., nor AGLC have received any adverse reaction reports for the recalled lots.
Without knowing accurate THC level in a product, it could be difficult to make informed decisions regarding cannabis use. This may lead to over-intoxication and temporary adverse health consequences associated with THC overdose. What do I do with the stock I currently have?
Retailers who have purchased the affected product should remove the recalled products from store shelves and clearly mark the products as 'Do Not Sell – Recalled Product.' Set the product aside in a safe area of your storage space and contact the Alberta Cannabis Call Centre within the next 60 days to begin the return process. Please visit the return page for all required information before initiating a recall return. AGLC will issue a return shipping authorization or provide handling instructions.
What do I do if a customer brings in any recalled product?
Retailers must accept all recalled products regardless of the product packaging condition, and as long as some of the product remains. Retailers must provide a refund for recalled products whether the customer has a receipt or not. Retailers who have never carried this product are not required to provide refunds and may direct the customer to the location where the product was purchased. Returned product should also be set aside in a safe area of your storage space. The Alberta Cannabis Call Centre should be contacted at 1-855-436-5677 within 60 days to begin the return process. AGLC will issue you a return shipping authorization or provide handling instructions. The wholesale price will be refunded for the recalled product in your vault. MSRP price will follow at the end of the recall for product that will be returned to the store from customers.

Sensi Brands Ltd. has recalled one lot of Winter Mint Chillows 10 x 0.7 g Pouches due to the products containing inaccurate THC values that differ from the label. The pouches contain over 10 mg of THC, and there is significant unit-to-unit variability of THC between pouches.
The elevated and inconsistent levels of THC in each pouch may make it difficult to make informed decisions regarding your cannabis use. This may lead to over-intoxication and temporary adverse health consequences associated with THC overdose.
